I would to express that my experience in working as a center director is rich and unique. Working in issues related to refugees is humanitarian obligation that was achieved by Yarmouk University through establishing the refugees’ studies center as the first center of its kind placed in a governmental university. I learned a lot from this rich experience about best research practices and how to view refugees’ issues and bring support to this vulnerable group through quality research and distinguished and sustainable local and international projects which build scientific partnership that supports refugees’ issues and introduce the international community to the necessity of shedding light on the urgent needs of both refugees and host community.

Working in the center enriched my research experience and my academic path and it is very compatible with my passion toward working with refuges and for them.
