1- The Department of Administration: The administration department serves as the link between the center and all its various units. It is responsible for managing internal and external correspondence, auditing it according to established principles, and entering it into the university's approved electronic archiving system. The department receives incoming mail from various entities within and outside the university, presents it to the center director, photocopies the documents to be archived, and then distributes them to the relevant departments. It also participates in proposing suitable suggestions to enhance the planning process within the center. Additionally, the department monitors email correspondence, electronic requests from center employees, and tracks employee attendance, leave, and exits in accordance with university regulations. It also oversees maintenance, services, supplies, and facilities specific to the center. |
2- Department of Studies and Research: This department mainly aims to conduct multidisciplinary, independent, and critical studies and research on the factors that determine and result from migration and forced displacement of people around the world, and accurately in the Middle East region. This department aims to strengthen research cooperation between academics at Yarmouk University, mainly, and local and international university. |
3- Department of Media and Organizations: This Department aims to shed light on the most important news related to the issues of refugees, displaced persons and forced migration around the world, and also this Department seeks to establish communication channels with local and international organizations dealing with refugees, displaced persons and forced migration around the world in order to provide a database that serves the main objectives of the center. |
