BA Students who graduated in the second semester of 2021/2022 and students expected to graduate in the summer semester of 2021/2022 and who did not take the competency exam should visit the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Center to obtain a letter addressed to the Higher Education Accreditation Commission to take the exam at the Commission’s headquarters, pay the exam fee of five dinars at the Commission’s headquarters, and provide the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Center with a copy of the competency exam certificate stamped by the Commission’s stamp after taking the exam, otherwise no student will be considered to have taken the exam.
The Law Faculty, as an independent entity, commenced its function in September 1999. It succeeded the Law Department, which was established in 1991 as part of the Faculty of Economics & Administrative Sciences.
